QuEnSH Dynamics Ltd - (ex-TQM Consultants Ltd) was registered in October 1999 as a Private Company after accumulating more than 10 years experience in Process and Quality Management Systems. So far, we have serviced a wide range of business sectors locally and in countries like Kenya, India, Seychelles and Burkina Faso. We have also developed capabilities in other expertise in view of providing an integrated approach to management systems. Our state of art Integrated Management Approach combines latest tested and proven tools and systems such as the 6 Sigma approach to Strategic Change Management and Corporate Governance with sector specific systems be it in the food business, heavy engineering industry, airline or maritime companies among others. Annex 1 presents a list of our customers Our customer-oriented approach, ensuring ownership of the system to our customers, starts with a free presentation whereby the commitment and involvement of the Top Team is obtained. We believe that result-oriented training is the most effective tool to ensure durable and sustainable improvement. Consequently, after our training programmes, our customers are fully equipped for the development of their system. Annex 2 presents a list of our current training programme.
