Besides our key result area, we have also participated in and lead the following events:

• Assessment of the Lycée Polytechnique of Flacq to establish current situation and propose Quality Improve Initiatives. Similiar consultancy works were carried for Rogers Shipping and J.M. Goupille ( Galaxy)

•  Assisted Le Victoria Hotel to develop and implement the requirements of Malcolm Baldrige Awards  for Level Three ( Excellent Award )

• Assisted Air Mauritius Cargo  and also Cargo Express Co. Ltd  to develop and implement the requirements of Malcolm Baldrige Awards for Level Two ( Quality Achievements ) and Level Three respectively

• Acting as Senior Examiners for Malcolm Baldrige Awards, we have examined the following companies who participated in the Award :

- Les Moulins de la Concorde

- Hotel School of Mauritius

- Vital Bottling Co. Ltd

- Kentex Garments Ltd

- Sinotex Ltd

- Ram & Sons Ltd

• Launched Total Quality Management Concept and culture within Cargo Express Co. Ltd

• Carried out consultancy works for the shipping companies of the ABC Group in resprect of resource/manpower planning.

• Developed an Employee Recognition Scheme (ERS) for the Mauritius Sugar Terminal Corporation aiming at awarding Best Employee, Team and Team Leader.

• Currently assisting E.C.Oxenham & Co Ltd in setting up the HR department and developing the company policy Handbook.

• Acted as Judge in Quality Control Circles Panel for Quality Control Circle Convention in Mauritius organised by MEPZA.

• Run residential workshop for IBL Shipping & Aviation on Problem Solving Tools at Coco Beach Hotel.

• Review and advise on the Business Processor of Expolanka Co.Ltd engaged in International Freight and Forwarding.
